                                                  SERMONS

Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Matthew 28:14-1

Good morning saints. Saints,

take your problem to Jesus. The bible says,'...the mother of Jesus said..."They have no wine."' John 2:3 NKJVPrecious saints in Biblical times offering wine to your guests at a wedding was an expected courtesy. It was also a sign of respect, so running out of it would have been considered a social disaster. But observe how Mary handled it. Instead of looking for someone to blame, or making excuses, she took her problem to Jesus. That's always your best move. 'O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear. All because we do not carry, everything to God in prayer.' Jesus told the servants to fill the jars with water and give some to the headwaiter. When he tasted it, the Bible says, '...the water had become wine...' (John 2:9 NCV) But notice, it happened after they had obeyed Jesus, not before. At a particularly contentious church board meeting when one member suggested they pray about the problem, another responded, 'Has it come to that?' There are basically two reasons we make prayer our last resort instead of our first, we like to think we're able to solve our own problems or we feel insignificant and think, 'It's okay for Mary to ask Jesus , she's His mother, but He's got bigger problems to solve than mine.' No, your problems are important to God-all of them! He delights in you (Psalm 18:19). He rejoices over you as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride (Isaiah 62:5). You're never too big or too small to ask your heavenly Father for help. Just take your cue from Mary , identify the problem, bring it to Jesus, do what He tells you, and watch Him work it out.Bless you..

Angels in Graves

Mark 16:1-8And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices…

It is very pleasant to note how the ministering angels gather round death and the grave. There is the supporting angel, in what we may truly call the dying agony of Gethsemane. There are the angels who waited to waft the soul set free to that inner heaven, familiar, in Hebrew imagery, as Abraham's bosom. There is the angel of the resurrection, who takes away the bar, and lets out the prisoners of hope. And still, even in the empty grave, tarrying there as if he loved it, there is an angel — strong, beautiful, and fresh as a young man — pure, and bridal, and modest in his long white robe. And why should I put such a difference between the Head and the members as to think that Jesus' tomb was so tenanted, and that mine is empty? Why should that have such sweet company, and a Christian's grave be solitary? Or why should that be shrouded, in our imagination, in darkness and gloom, which is so beautiful and so attractive to those heavenly visitors

Shalom Saints,

We share God's DNA thus truly it should manifest in our daily lives. However, the church has been clouded with many intellectuals who justify everything to which we fail to walk in the supernatural as a natural realm. The Bible says; ...15 Now there was found in it a poor wise man, and he by his wisdom delivered the city. Yet no one remembered that same poor man. 16 Then I said: “Wisdom is better than strength. Nevertheless the poor man’s wisdom is despised, And his words are not heard (Eccles 9:15-16 NJKV).Don't get me wrong intellect is good but the justification portion should be left to the Lord. The power to create wealth is from the Lord (Deut 8:18). Notice from the aforementioned scriptures how a city is saved by one man's wisdom and yet after all that he was despised. Folks that's how the world still operates today, poverty is like a cancer that spreads to generations if not broken. Poverty is an oppression, for some they were born into poverty but they now have the power to live out of their own choices, don't carry on with that family cycle esp when it's been made known. Whilst for others, their soil isn't ready or prepared enough to receive that divine seed.Elijah was assigned to a widow in Zarephath who was a gentile. Cyrus (a gentile) was also prophesied a hundred years before, that he would be blessed with hidden riches (Isaiah 45:3) because the children of Israel were not prepared. He Glorified the God of Israel as he sought the Jews to build a temple. Now imagine a non believer coming to you with blessings from God because you were not found ready to receive!Listen in today's world it's about working smarter not harder (Eccles 2:26). I know some of you may say with all these words and yet he has nothing to show for it! That's fine but don't be distracted as our assignments are ALL different to which we will ALL have to give an account to the Lord one day. Some people despise anything nice on someone else, always questioning whether they deserve it or not. Quit apologising for God's goodness over your life for the Lord chooses whom to bless without partiality.May God raise you to be people of influence for his kingdom so that the divine wisdom in you may never be despised in Jesus name, Amen Have a blessed Friday!..

Hope in Death

Mark 16:1-8  And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices…Visitors to the catacombs at Rome never fail to observe the inscriptions over the graves of those early Christians who, escaping from persecution, took refuge in these subterranean abodes. Their friends inscribed over their resting place these blessed words, "Requiescat in pace — Rest in peace." Sometimes they added an anchor, which was a favourite emblem with them — the symbol at once of their tempestuous lot, and of the calm trust with which it was borne.

Good afternoon Saints,

Real faith is not timid nor embarrassed, remember your faith will cause the ridiculous into the miraculous. What is faith? I know we are all very familiar with Heb 11:1, but It's simply undivided confidence in God. The Gospel was never meant to be preached with all this revelation without Proof. The Bible says ....Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. (I John 3:21 NKJV).Folks, if you are easily intimidated with a low self esteem then your confidence in God will also be at an all time low. When you live so close to the world, your confidence (strength) in the Lord will diminish with the demands of life. It's amazing how some people have unshakeable faith in getting healed but at the same time have no faith in their financial restoration and yet the source is the same (Ps 24:1).We have emphasised a lot on making quality decisions, church make up your mind to have confidence. Notice Elisha's response when he saw Elijah ascending into Heaven (2 Kings 2:13), he said where is the God of Elijah not asking for his master but the Lord of his master! So we need to be asking where the God of the God generals is? Likes of Smith Wigglesworth, Oral Roberts, Reinhard Bonnke, Kathryn Kuhlman to name but a few.. It is written, with God ALL things are possible, is there anything to hard for him? So quit trying to figure out how it will all come together, that's not your job (Num 11:22). We all too busy quoting scripture but don't really know it from our hearts. See the obstacle is between the mind and the heart (seed and soil). The enemy is also after your confidence and that's his no.1 target in your battles. Notice how a persons countenance changes when he's oozing confidence, feeling like a million bucks in that shiny new outfit etc! The enemy also uses condemnation (Rom 8:1) to hamper our confidence by reminding us of past sins to which affects how we pray. Act like Apostle Paul who rejected any past sin (II Corin 7:2).It's easy to give up on God, but your words alone gravitate towards your confidence in him.Focus on a confident prayer of Faith without limits (Ps 25). It's vital to have the right image of God as it also affects how you interpret scripture, remember he's the Alpha and Omega. The perfectionist looks for sin in every situation instead of looking at God's goodness. When you see his goodness, it will lead you to repentance. It's either you Repent or Perish (two edged sword). Don't be like the Pharisees, who reacted to sin instead of seeing God's goodness when a man was healed on sabbath after 38 years (John5:10), don't let the strongman dent your confidence as we have a Stronger man (Holy ghost) in us. Glory to God! Remain blessed,

Morning saints,

Overcomes know the inevitable rewards of reaching. They conquer their pride and reject the trap of isolation. Turn to God, honour those who are qualified to help you. Your future depends on it.Reaching is the first sign of humility. The Bible says; ... 30 When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the Lord your God and obey His voice 31 (for the Lord your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them (Deut 4:30-31 AMP).No man shall see the face of God and live so quit expecting the Lord to come down personally (Ex 33:20). However, God works through vessels, he assigns deliverers. Recognise your deliverer, Elijah was assigned to deliver the widow of Zarephath to use her faith for provision. If you having financial problems, look for a man of God who believes in prosperity. If you are sick, look for a man of God who believes in healing etc (Matt 23:37-38).The enemy neutralises many Christians by limiting their financial supply in order to hinder the spreading of the gospel. Prosperity is not about a "get rich" scheme but to impact lives and win souls through the gospel. So desire to have the right motives and the Lord will trust you with his treasures.Seize the counsel of right voices. Remain blessed,
